Refund policy
The 3-day return and exchange policy applies only if there is a defect in the product. This allows you to request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be in the same condition as when received and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If the return or exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions regarding the shipping method and destination. Items sent back before requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
